First Incident

Assalamualaykum,

As I mentioned before, I had encountered two harrassment incidents that would be remained in my memory as long as I live, unless Allah takes away His nikmat, I become senile ke, hilang ingatan ke...na'uzubillah.. Well, you know the drill.

First of all, I do think that I was lucky for being given the opportunity to feel, maybe 1/100 of the real experience in Palestine, Turki, the United States..wuppsss...
or any other places that revile and condemn a Muslim from freely practicing his or her religion.

In fact, everyday when we're heading to school..we have to equip ourselves before hand. We have to REMEMBEERRR to jaga our solah time, because it keeps changing from day to day, try to steal some time to perform our solah or else we're still haven't performed Asr even when it's already Maghrib. Plusss..., kena pandai carik tempat nak solat laa. IU is not like UIA. A great, big mosque is located in the center of the university for everbody's convenient. On the way to class pun still sempat singgah kjap solat Dhuha, apatah lagi solat Fardhu. Here at IU, we have to curik2 solat belakang book shelves dekat library, cari bilik kosong kat sekolah...kena pandai2 cari sendiri. For me myself, I have my own spot.. :)

The information of this secret place was passed on by one my senior..and I think I have to pass it on to other people too :). Kelley School of Business has 7 stories...that's what people know referring to the numbers shown in the elevator. But we, discovered the 8th storey... The only possible way to go there is by using the stairway :). Tempat solat dia kecik je, approximately 10x10 kaki. There are two locked rooms between the small space, but still..I can do anything I want to do up there. Besides from performing solat, this place has been giving me a good environment to practice my speech for apa2 presentation, boleh lompat2 for no particular reason, exercise nujum pak belalang..takde sapa nak kisah..sebab takde orang pun tahu that I'm there ;p. This spot has been my favorite place since I've been told about it.

Hayyaa..this entry has become too long already. People'll be boring la pulak..
Well, I guess I'll save the harrassment incident story for some other time.. ;p

Till then,
Salam permisi
