United Airlines, and Malaysian Airlines...you sux big time
Assalamualaykum wht, His voice was trembling, controlling from bursting out the tears. He didn't know what to do. His flight was delayed, and by the time he wanted to sort the thing out, nobody wanted to be responsible. United Airlines didn't want to cooperate, and MAS, not surprisingly, never wanted to have anything to do with it. He lost one of his bags, and now stranded with the other 5 huge bags in LA. He couldn't sleep last night, waiting for the office to open, but once it did open, all they did was blaming on other people without taking him seriously. He has no place to go, he's nearly out of money due to the overcharged fees they made him pay. The next flight in 24 hours is already full, and the only thing he can do right now is waiting for a non-existing flight. And all I can say to him, was to be patient.... Ya Allah, please help him in this difficult situation... Ya Allah, please sooth him by giving him strength and patient.... Ya Allah, please make this journey easy on him....
