Adakah Saya Tahu 2?

Assalamualaykum wht,

1) Mazhab Syafie mengharamkan daging dolphin untuk dimakan. Sebabnya, dolphin ada snout, dan pig pun ada snout. Atas sebab itu, dolphin takleh dimakan sebab dia ada snout seperti pig's.

2) Mazhab Syafie menghalalkan daging gajah. Sebabnya, gading gajah tidak ditafsirkan sebagai taring(takleh makan daging binatang yg ada taring), tapi diibaratkan sebagai tanduk yang tumbuh ditempat yang 'salah'.

3) Ketika mandi wajib, berkumur mulut dan memasukkan air ke dalam hidung adalah termasuk dalam rukun 'meratakan air ke seluruh badan'. Sebabnya, mulut dan hidung adalah external bahagian tubuh badan. Dalil: berkumur mulut dan memasukkan air ke dalam hidung ketika mengambil wudhu'tidak membatalkan puasa. (Puasa terbatal sekiranya kita memasukkan sesuatu ke rongga tubuh badan).

4) Bismillah adalah tool untuk mengconcealkan kita dari pandangan jin.

5) We can never use our right hand untuk cleaning purposes particularly untuk membasud najis, (which sume org dah tahu), except for brushing your teeth. Sebab tangan kanan dia lebih senang control, jadi kita ada more control agar toothbrush tak merobek gusi. *if a person is a left-handed, guna the left hand.

6) If a married couple gets divorced, the couple can still duduk di rumah yang sama, and the wife boleh tak pakai tudung and still, she doesn't have the responsibility to cook and clean for the ex-husband, for 3 months (3 kali suci). Because that time is used for the couple to think over their issues, and they'll be like rindu balik to get together.(read: merujuk) That's the beauty of Islam. :)

I have an interesting story that I wanna share.
There was a sheikh in Madinah, and he was assigned to be a supervisor dalam satu exam. During the exam, a student raised his hand, and the sheikh datanglah ke student tu. The student then asked, did he know the answer to a question? The sheikh just gave the answer to him. Pastu sume students yg tengok incident tu angkat tangan untuk mintak jawapan. And every time a student asked, every time dia akan jawab.
Sampai la the sheikh kena panggil ke pejabat dekan ke, head master ke..what have you,
the sheikh kena soal by the authority, 'nih awat nih bagi jawapan dekat students?'
The shiekh answered, whoever has knowledge and conceal it, Allah'll put hell fire in his mouth. Furthermore, kalau dia tak bagi jawapan, he afraid that that would be the only time the student asked about it. And if, somebody else asked the student about the exact question, he didn't want to be responsible for not giving the answer to the student at the first place.
The authority then said, 'ye laa ye la....just don't be a supervisor anymore' :p
